It adds up, line by line.
Every product starts at 96. Flags, the brand's transparency grade and any recall linked to this product take points away. Nothing else moves the number, and no brand can pay to move it.

1 flagged ingredient.
Avoid first. Each flag costs points in the score above; where a flag has an entry behind it, it links to the evidence.
Undisclosed material
The maker doesn't say what this part is made of, so there is nothing to look up; the flag is about the missing name, not a known hazard.

Third-party lab findings for things that never appear on an ingredient label. This is separate from the score above and does not change it.
We haven't found published third-party lab results (PFAS, heavy metals, phthalates) for this product. That is not a clean bill of health, just an absence of data.

This page was corrected once.
- Oct 18, 2026 Replaced the summary panel with the materials list Outward Hound publishes on its website. The page now shows Panel Score 90 instead of Not enough data, with a caution for Undisclosed material. The earlier panel was written from a search summary in July 2026 and had not been checked. Outward Hound's product page, checked on October 17, 2026, says: “Made from tough removable plastic parts and food safe materials that are BPA, PVC, and phthalate-free.” It doesn't name the plastic or the materials. The caution is about the missing names, not a known hazard.
