Independent testing & contaminants

No independent testing on file.

Third-party lab findings for things that never appear on an ingredient label. This is separate from the score above and does not change it.

We haven't found published third-party lab results (PFAS, heavy metals, phthalates) for this product. That is not a clean bill of health, just an absence of data.

This page was corrected 2 times.

  • Oct 24, 2026 Moved from Cat Food to Dog Food. The score did not change and the web address did not change. Its label says “Food for dogs”, and Fromm sells it as Gold Adult Dry Dog Food. It had been filed with the cat foods.
  • Sep 21, 2026 Panel Score 91 → 94: brand transparency grade set to B. We graded every brand in the catalogue from its own panels. Fromm was ungraded, and the formula scores an ungraded brand as a C, so the grade moved the number.
